Return Policy

Polka Dot Posh makes every effort to provide quality products.  In the unlikely event your order does not meet your expectations, PDP will issue a store credit for the unused merchandise within 3 days of delivery of merchandise.  After the 3rd day, all merchandise is considered a final sale. Please note, the value of the store credit will be the cost of the merchandise, minus any shipping fees.

However, please note, due to our business model; all t-shirts, sweatshirts and tanks are final sale.  There is no size exchange or refund.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. (No size exchange)

RETURNS 

All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date.  All items should be returned unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, with tags attached, free of any stains and/or odors.  If there are signs of wear or defect, PDP reserves the right to not accept the return.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, visit the Return Center to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Name and Order number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  •     Items not returned within 3 days of delivery  
  •     Live Sale Items  
  •     Eyewear  
  •     Hair Accessories  
  •     Bodysuits  
  •     Hosiery  

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

    •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        
    •        Due to our business model, all t-shirts, sweatshirts and tanks are          final sale. There is not an option for exchange. No exceptions.
