Return Policy

Polka Dot Posh makes every effort to provide quality products.  In the unlikely event your order does not meet your expectations, PDP will issue a store credit for the unused merchandise within 7 days of delivery of merchandise.  After the 7th day, all merchandise is considered a final sale. Please note, the value of the store credit will be the cost of the merchandise, minus any shipping fees.

PDP requires an authorization number for all returns.  Please email us at orders@pdposh.com with your order number and the product (s) you would like to return.

Once a return authorization number has been issued, the number is valid for 7 days.  If the return is post marked (submitted) beyond this date, the return will not be processed.

All items should be returned unworn, unwashed, in the original packaging, with tags attached, free of any stains and/or odors.  If there are signs of wear or defect, PDP reserves the right to not accept the return.

Upon receiving your return, PDP will process your return within 7-10 business days.  Again, upon processing, only a STORE CREDIT will be issued.  PDP does not currently offer exchanges or cash refunds.

All accessories, drink ware, cell phone cases, t-shirts, and sale items are final sale.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
