Polka Dot Posh Boutique: Shop Policies
All orders are shipped First Class. Please allow an additional (outside of processing time) 2-4 days for shipping.
When a package is shipped, Polka Dot Posh forwards a tracking number via email. If your tracking number shows a delivery was attempted or you are experiencing difficulty locating your package, please do the following -

Please note: Once a Polka Dot Posh ships your item and provide a tracking number, the item is no longer the property nor responsibility of Polka Dot Posh Boutique.
This shop accepts credit cards and Paypal. Sorry, we do not accept checks. No exceptions.
PDP strives to complete all orders within 7 - 14 business days upon receipt of payment in full. PDP takes pride and time in completing custom orders exactly how you want it- so please understand that custom and/or bulk orders may require a longer turnaround time.
Rush Order Policy
Any order requested to be completed and mailed in less than 7 business days is considered a rush order. A $10 ( 1 to 2 items) or 10% (minimum $15) of the purchase price (3 or more items) rush order fee will be added to all rush orders. The customer is responsible for any rush shipping fees as well.
Pick Up Policy
PDP does not currently offer local pick up.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our business, PDP does not offer returns, refunds or exchanges are offered on any shirt or jewelry orders. No exceptions. Fashion items can be returned in their original packaging free of stains and orders within 7 days of delivery for store credit, minus any shipping costs.

PDP provides all materials for all orders (i.e. shirts, cups, diaper cover, etc.).
Bulk Discount Policy
Bulk orders may be eligible for a discounted rate. An order of more than 10 is considered a bulk order. In order to be eligible for a 15% bulk order discount, all items in the order must be placed at the same time, the exact same design and paid on the same invoice. The only exception to design is bulk orders with single monograms.
